Many organizations across Canada can play a role in recognizing and commemorating women in Canadian history - including the Canada Post Corporation,Royal Canadian Mint, Bank of Canada, Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada, Status of Women Canada and provincial and territorial governments to name a few. Individuals and small groups can also help ensure that notable Canadian women are not forgotten.
